Did you know that the first photo job I did was a wedding day?

Close friends entrusted me to photograph their wedding in the beautiful surroundings of The Burn, near Edzell.

Years have passed and my journey has taken me towards family and eventually branding photography, which are the two areas I specialise in now, but now and then, when I get an enquiry to photograph a small, intimate wedding day for an amazing couple, I can’t say ‘no’ :)

In the recent years I had the absolute pleasure, honour and joy to photograph weddings around Aberdeenshire, held at gorgeous venues, with incredible couples, surrounded by their closest people. Small, but perfectly formed weddings make for lovely, intimate days full of love and with a real focus on romance.

I have photographed boutique weddings at the Fairmont in St. Andrews, Glenesk Hotel in Edzell, Pittodrie House Hotel in Inverurie, Park Hotel in Montrose, The Burn by Edzell and the Parish Church in Fettercairn

There’s just something extra charming about weddings contained in a small group of people – like a secret love society – and I am all here for it!
